Can I purchase a class by walking in?
Our classes are kept small to ensure better instruction we highly recommend you call to confirm your spot 24hrs before each class. If you show up without booking a class it will be a first come basis after clients with reservations.
Can I purchase a private by walking in?
NO- Privates must be booked in advance and we will call within 24 hrs to confirm the time and day you want.
Should I stop doing my other fitness programs?
NO, we believe the understanding one acquires from Pilates and GYROTONIC METHOD® can help make your awareness to use your body mechanics more efficiently, in other workouts or sports-related endeavors.
How often should I practice pilates?
We think 2 times a week is maintaining and 3 times or more a week will change your body. Consistency is the key to get results. It takes practice to master pilates and over time the basic principles take new meaning and understanding.

The pilates reformer helps on establishing torso stability and postural alignment while working the peripheral limbs in range of motion.
